Before & After: Exploring organizational change from four perspectives

This E-Case tells the story of the Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging (MNRAAA) before and after a major organizational transition. MNRAAA went from being a nonprofit in name but embedded in other local agencies, to a standalone nonprofit. The E-Case uses the four-frame model created by Lee Bolman and Terrence Deal to understand the nuances of MNRAAA before and after its transition.
