This e-study provides an overview of a complex, multi-stage program evaluation for a national nonprofit credit counseling organization. The program was evaluated using experimental, quasi-experimental, and more basic descriptive designs. This e-study describes an array of different research strategies used by evaluators to showcase their strengths and weaknesses, and guides viewers through important considerations and pitfalls evaluators may face.
