Writing Management Memos

This video brief provides a quick introduction to a commonly used tool in the professional setting: the management memo. Management memos help public affairs professionals, whether public or non- governmental, at all levels communicate their ideas within and throughout their organization. Management memos are used to quickly and efficiently transmit information between individuals and teams in order to foster the collective understanding of a given issue or problem facing the organization.
