North Market: Creating Partnerships with Purpose

This E-Case tells the story of Pillsbury United Communities (PUC) and the organizations journey to open North Market, a grocery store in North Minneapolis. The E-Case shows the multifaceted way in which PUC developed the store; through Human Centered Design and working to best serve the needs of residents, of having a vision and making it come to life through good design and planning and through partnerships who filled in the gaps that the organization could not fill on their own.
